Please welcome yet another new Timber Doctor to our network – Dean! He will be operating The Timber Doctor in the Sydney West region. We spoke to him about his reasons for joining The Timber Doctor and what he hoped to achieve with the business.Here’s what he had to say…
What was it that attracted you to join The Timber Doctor business?
I looked at many other franchises, but the unique nature of the services provided by the Timber Doctor really appeal to me. And after speaking to Scott and other franchisees, I got a sense of great camaraderie and all said that it was the best decision they ever made.
What did you do prior to becoming a Timber Doctor?
I’ve been in sales roles for all of my career, from selling cars, software and Automotive parts as a Business Development Manager.
What territory will you manage?
I will manage the Sydney Northwest region, which has a great deal of diverse business and residential properties.
What do you hope to achieve during your time as a Timber Doctor?
The personal satisfaction seeing customers being amazed at the result of a Timber or stone repair. Also having the freedom to choose my hours and days so I have a better balance of family and business.
What advice would you give to someone looking to buy a Timber Doctor franchise?
Definitely worth considering as all the franchisees are enjoying their work life balance. There is also great support from the team from the outset.

Quality time with my family; either going to the park, beach or watching movies on a rainy day
