It’s a warm welcome to our newest Leather Doctor, Geoff, who will be commencing operations servicing The Leather Doctor Campbelltown territory in New South Wales.
We spoke to him about his reasons for joining The Leather Doctor and what he hopes to achieve with his new business. Here’s what he had to say:
What was it that attracted you to join The Leather Doctor business?
I have run my own leather/vinyl/plastic repair business in Sydney since 1996, but over that time I have watched The Leather Doctor grown exponentially. I wanted to join forces with them and leverage off their brand success and customer base.
What did you do prior to becoming a Leather Doctor?
I have run my own business in this industry since 1988 (when I was living in Vancouver) – I really enjoy this type of work – it can be quite challenging, but very rewarding and I’m always learning and taking on a variety of jobs which keeps it interesting. I have been operating in Sydney since 1996. Before this, I was a horticulturalist.
What territory will you manage?
I’ll manage The Leather Doctor Campbelltown territory in New South Wales.
What do you hope to achieve during your time as a Leather Doctor?
I hope to achieve much over the coming years, but most important will be developing the Campbelltown territory into a thriving Leather Doctor business.
Tell us something interesting about yourself?
I began repairing leather and vinyl in Canada. I am married to a Canadian girl and we have 7 children.
Describe your ideal weekend?
Spending time with family and friends and taking time on Sunday to thank God for my many blessings.
