In this instalment, we are introducing Rod who owns and operates the Canberra Leather Doctor territory.
Here’s what he said when we asked him a few quick questions:
1. What made you decide to become a Leather Doctor?
I became a Leather Doctor as I had heard good stories about the Franchise and I like the flexibilities of the job. I knew it was something that I would enjoy doing and the Canberra territory offered so many opportunities.
2. What do you love about your work?
What I love most about the job is the customer satisfaction – the look on customers faces when you complete a repair they didn’t think was possible.
3. What’s the toughest repair job you’ve completed as a Leather Doctor?
The toughest repair I’ve completed was recolouring a 5 seater recliner lounge from red to black. It was a challenge, but the end result looked fantastic!
4. Tell us an interesting fact about yourself?
I’ve lived all around the world as my Dad was a Portuguese Diplomat. I have a bar and restaurant background, but enjoy trying new things.
5. Describe your ideal weekend?
My ideal weekend involves spending time with my kids. Going to the beach has to be a favourite.
